Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of NetWise Academy. By creating an account, accessing learning content, or purchasing Premium, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share an account or attempt to access another learner's account.

Learning content

NetWise Academy provides educational material and practice tools. It does not guarantee certification, employment, examination results, or that content will be error-free. Certification names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Premium access passes

New Premium access is sold through fixed-duration PayPal access passes: 1 month for $19.99, 3 months for $41.99, 6 months for $71.99, or 12 months for $119.99. Each pass is one payment with no trial, setup fee, or automatic renewal. PayPal provides the final payment approval and receipt. A valid Premium access pass unlocks published Premium content; it never unlocks drafts or administrative areas.

Access starts after NetWise verifies the completed PayPal capture and ends after the purchased number of calendar months. Access passes do not renew and therefore have no cancellation step. Refund and access consequences are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, publicly display, or bypass access controls for NetWise Academy content. Do not interfere with the service, probe protected systems, automate abusive requests, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable personal study notes are allowed.

Intellectual property

NetWise Academy and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, graphics, questions, explanations, software, and other materials. Your account gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use accessible content for learning while your access remains valid.

Availability and account action

Features and published content may change. We may suspend access needed to protect learners, the service, or legal rights, and may terminate accounts for material or repeated violations. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when appropriate.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. NetWise Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
