Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-time Premium access passes
Each Premium access pass is a single PayPal payment for a fixed access period. NetWise Academy does not automatically renew an access pass or take a later renewal payment.
Expiry and cancellation
A one-time access pass cannot be cancelled because it does not renew. Premium ends automatically after the purchased number of calendar months. There is no later renewal charge or cancellation step for an access pass.
Refunds
Voluntary refunds are not offered after access is delivered. If NetWise Academy verifies an eligible mistaken or duplicate access-pass charge, that charge will be refunded on the buyer's request. Refunds are also provided where PayPal, a payment network, or applicable law requires one. One valid retained purchase keeps its stated access period; a refunded duplicate purchase does not stack or extend access. A full refund, chargeback, or unresolved payment dispute ends access linked to the refunded or disputed purchase.
Billing support
Include the PayPal transaction number and your NetWise account email when asking for billing help. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
