Monthly Premium membership
NetWise Academy Premium is billed monthly by Gumroad. The standard price is $19.99 USD per month. A promotion may reduce only the first billing period; the checkout will show the renewal price before purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel from your Gumroad receipt or Gumroad Library. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Premium remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, then ends automatically.
Refunds
Voluntary refunds are not offered after access is delivered. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate or fraudulent charges and where Gumroad, a payment network, or applicable law requires a refund. A full refund, chargeback, or unresolved payment dispute ends Premium access.
Billing support
Include the Gumroad order number and the email used at checkout when asking for billing help. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
